• Lead the development of new food products from concept to commercial launch.
• Research food trends, ingredients, and technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
• Create and test prototypes for taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional content.
• Continuously improve existing products for better quality, flavor, nutrition, and cost-efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to scale up recipes and optimize processes.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and collect consumer feedback to refine product formulations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and processing parameters.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop products that meet consumer preferences.
• Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing and explore innovative materials.
• Manage multiple development projects, track timelines, and report progress.
• Stay updated with local and international food regulations and industry best practices.
• Support sustainability initiatives in product development and packaging.

1-      Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

2-      5+ years of experience in food product development, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.

3-      Strong knowledge of food science, ingredient functionality, and food safety regulations.

4-     Proven track record of successful product launches.

5-     Excellent sensory evaluation and analytical skills

6-     Proficiency in product formulation and technical documentation

7-     Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

8-     Creative mindset and passion for innovation.

9-     Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

10- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading & writing)

11- Knowledge of sustainable food practices is a plus.
